    The Chaudhary Devi Lal Herbal Nature Park in Yamunanagar, Haryana is a well-known research center and is a pride of this place. This research center is situated in close proximity to the village of Chuharpur in the district Yamunanagar and was established on the day of 6th November in the year 2000.     This Herbal Nature Park houses more than 300 species of aquatic plants, ferns, climbers, shrubs, herbs, and medicinal plants and trees.  Plants and trees such as khair, teak, shisham, and simbal, along with ayurvedic medicines like ashwagandha, safed musli, sarpagandha, vach, brahmi, chitrak and isabgol are found here. Tulsi, pippali, makoy, bhumi amalaki, bahera, gwarpatha, harad, amla, bael, kalihari, haldi, lemon grass, liquorice, jatropha and palmarosa can be found at this Herbal Nature Park. These plants have great medicinal value and form the foundation of Ayurvedic medicines. Also, there are trees like Simbal, Sheehsam, Teak, and Khair available in abundance in this Herbal Nature Park.

    This research center is situated at a distance of 35 kilometers from the city of Yamunanagar and there are various means of transport available to reach this place. It is situated exactly on the Bhud Kalan road of the district of Yamunanagar and is in the Chuharpur Reserved Forest in the vicinity of Khizrabad. This Herbal Nature Park has an area of 184 acres. One can hire a taxi or can travel to this place on a bus. There are many travel agencies and private transport agencies, which provide cars and buses to travel to this place. There are State Transport buses available as well to travel to this Herbal Nature Park.
